MobilityDoctor has established this return policy to ensure customer satisfaction and also to deter frivolous returns. All items sold Online or over the telephone is subject to this policy. In store policy still stands as "All Sales Final No Refunds No Exceptions". The online/telephone policy is below.

Items that we sell are inspected, before shipment, for manufacture defects. If an item is received broken, a claim should be made by the customer against the shipping company. Primarily we use UPS for our shipments and are sent with coverage from damage or loss.

If the item does not fit the intended need for the customer or the customer changes there mind. Then the customer is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping cost to return the item. We will work with the customer to ensure the item sold will fit their usage before shipping.

Payment made online or over the telephone constitutes the customer understanding of this return policy.
